Om Chanting Challenge

Take this Meditation challenge. Sit in Padmasana, relax and close your eyes. Focus on Ajna Chakra and List to Om chanting. Between two Oms, there will be a short silence.  There will also be a long pause after few Om.  Just try to remain silent and avoid any thoughts. Initially it may be difficult , but later you would be able to remain silent. The duration of the pause will keep increasing as you progress
